OK, of course there's always ONE catch ... but we think it's one that makes sense. We are a family run business, and we have a family to run, therefore we work a lot of strange hours. We're easiest to reach by email, and we're regularly in the office Monday - Friday from 3-5. All other hours are throughout the day. We have a fax/voice mail machine if you'd like to call outside of those hours and we will respond within 24 hours of being contacted.
